I work as a psychotherapist, my interests being in looking at and resonating with emotions, in an attempt to ease the distress we feel arising from the various nooks and crannies of our inner and outer, emotional and dynamic lives. I am also interested in working psychodynamically and relationally-- looking at the ways we have learned to relate, and currently relate to people and events around us, while being attentive towards our experiences in the present moment(s) of therapeutic interaction. I have graduated with a Masters in Applied psychology with a specialisation in Clinical work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. I am currently a group psychoanalyst in training.
